Ordered bulbs 09/03/15 with advertised delivery by end of february. Contacted them via website several times but no response. Telephoned customer services and was told lies by a lady who obviously was dimm as she contradicted herself telling me to wait for my post on 16/03/15 so I asked if royal mail deliver them and she said no, I asked why do I need to wait for my post then. She got flustered andcexpanded the lie so much I laughed. Phoned them today andcthey said they would put me on priority delivery by end of april. I did want the bulbs to flower this year I told them but they didnt understand. Money coming back. Avoid them like the plaque. Terrible
