My problem has arisen in trying to get resolution to an order that was of poor quality. Quite simply I am unable to speak to the company to resolve the issue; I have now e-mailed 6 times and rung twice (unable to get through whilst simultaneously paying for the privilege of listening to a recorded message trying to sell me more plants.
I agree with the previous post; appears to be bordering on a scam and at the very least exceptionally poor customer service.
