After getting a mouthful from one of the cleaning staff, I was sure these guys weren't vetted or trained enough to have decent conversations with their customers. I immediately tried to reach the customer service to complain, but I shouldn't have bothered. Their phone buzzed for a long while but there was no response, and my mail hasn't been replied.
