Very dodgy Customer service, I wanted to buy a vehicle on finance and the finance was accepted, then I had some problems and I didn't buy the vehicle. It is life and this things happens. Unfortunately may be as a revenge Van Monster has reported me to credit score and my credit score went down. It is a big shame, you can't do that!
