I had my account hacked. That was 4 weeks ago, I still don’t have a replacement card and the fraudulent transactions were only refunded yesterday. The customer service at Vanquis is disgusting. I received no help, no support and was lied to on every call, from agents telling me my card had been blocked, to telling me a new card has been sent out, to telling me the fraud team were looking into the transactions….lied to consistently. I will never use Vanquis again and I would recommend that no one uses them as if your account is hacked, you will not receive even a satisfactory level of service from customer services. STAY AWAY FROM VANQUIS
