I have just done a balance transfer from my vanquis credit card of £1000. I received a letter this morning saying they had been trying to get in touch! I have just over £600 left to pay why would I need to get in touch. I have not heard from them at all apart from a statement with this month's payment. i just want vanquis to leave me alone.
