Awful service please don’t use it
I have waited for several days for a return parcel
To be collected by a courier no show, emailed VANS no reply. Called customer service who informed me I have to drive 2 miles to a collection point to drop off as the courier service does not operate in my area.
Wasted so much time waiting at home absolutely appalling service
