No refund and terrible service from start to finish. Shoes didnt fit and were a horrible cheap material. Staff were rude

went to the cherry hill mall location to find the right shoe size for my brother. Darius helped us out and made trying on shoes quick and easy with plenty of options. customer service goes above and beyond here and is super friendly! :) overall great experience

Bought a pair of Nightmare on Elm Street for sons Christmas from Vans website, was really chuffed with them and the price as I got 20% off for 1st time customer except when he came to lacing them one of laces was really frayed. I emailed to see about a replacement pair of laces to match and someone phoned me and was advised to send back for refund and order another pair (minus my 20% off) but by that time his size was out of stock. It’s a shame because due to colours in shoe we can’t find laces that match the shoe so takes away the look of the Vans and make them look cheap. I’d definitely stick to buying in a shop and physically see what I’m getting in future.

your staff is absolutely disgusting, just because she doesnt want to be recorded doesnt mean she can act like the pig she looks like , talking about the audit ed video from couple of days ago on youtube btw, your staff need sorting out, even if people want to record in your store, its fine, by law, im gonna come and record the pig face to face, hope she enjoys.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Tom Aaron Megan in then the Manager they help me soo much every time I visit or shopping in Manchester Armdale 10/10🤩

Awful service please don’t use it I have waited for several days for a return parcel To be collected by a courier no show, emailed VANS no reply. Called customer service who informed me I have to drive 2 miles to a collection point to drop off as the courier service does not operate in my area. Wasted so much time waiting at home absolutely appalling service

I brought a Vans voucher as a Christmas present for my daughter to custom design a pair of Vans for herself- it was meant to be fun and cheer her up during covid times. She custom made a leather boot. I paid the extra. She waited patiently for 6 weeks for them to arrive. A Canvas boot arrived instead. I tried to address with Vans but they insist this is what she ordered and they do not recognise that I paid extra. The receipt in the box/ confirmation email does not mention the material we ordered for the boot. Every response we have from them is ‘I am here to help you.’ Have not got anywhere with Vans customer services and they have not addressed the extra payment for upgrading to a leather boot when she did not even receive them. I have a disappointed daughter with the product she received. Feels like an expensive mistake buying this voucher and wish I had never come up with the idea. After this experience I certainly do not trust the brand. The customer service is poor as they don’t value you as a customer. It takes them ages to respond to emails as well. Never again will I or my daughter buy Vans products again!

I placed two orders in November well in advance of Christmas. Both were delayed and arbitrarily returned to sender by their carrier, Transforce. Vans was non responsive to my email inquiries so I called and after waiting on hold for half an hour, they reshipped one order but couldn’t help me with the second order because it wasn’t received back and they were out of stock. I called again closer to Christmas asking them to get a hold of the carrier to try & turn the shipment around but they refused. I emailed finally on Dec. 21st and told them to refund me if they can’t get it delivered by Christmas. Of course, it was never delivered and no refund so I had to call again in January to get the refund and then low & behold, I received an email response today, over THREE WEEKS later asking if I still need anything from them. What a joke! Terrible terrible customer service.........good products but Vans, you should be very ashamed of your customer service and get rid of your leadership there.

Horrible experience, the amount of time I have lost on the phone trying to get the shoes delivered and the refund sorted ..lacking the words. Called at least 6 times, being on hold for approx 30 min each time before getting through. Spoke to dimi, tony, sofia, sarah and couple more people, been jumping around just to get my shoes on time, which I had ordered a week before, obvs did not arrive on time (birthday present) instead been told to order them again and as recompensation been offered free express delivery and 20% off of the product, don't have to be a genius to be handling these numbers, however again the partial refund was not correct. NOT calling a 10th time to ask for a couple pounds but definitely not ordering again. Got to remind them CONSTANTLY what they're ought to do. Also, would recommend to check your emails since none of the replies to your general email address has ever been received. How do you expect your customers to stay in touch with you and being able to reply/ send your needed documents if your email address is not valid?

The Biggest Christmas let down by Vans off the wall. They use the company yodel to deliver, I work in a 24hr building with a security which will always take packages and being the supervisor for the site I’m well known and the parcel wouldn't be refused. I bought a pair of shoes in the black Friday sales in November Paid and waiting for delivery. I forgot about the order and looked back 2 weeks and still no delivery so I talk to customer services to which they said no one was there to take the delivery and that it was sent back to Vans Depot. I doubled checked the date given on CCTV and no delivery was ever attempted with a fully manned site on the tracking date. So I put this to Vans they blamed Yodel and offered a Refund. but as a Christmas present all I wanted is the pair that yodel sent back to depot, the call taker (I won’t name, Names) said she would contact the depot and find out if this is possible, 2 days pass still waiting for depot, 5 days past still waiting for depot and the tracking says successfully at depot at this point. Today no phone calls just a refund which will take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. I bought the shoes in the colour and size I needed now unavailable in both size and colour and shot up in price by £30 from the price I paid in the sales. I feel like I have been lied to and basically told to go away with this refund which I didn't ask for, all I wanted is the Christmas present I paid for. This isn't the service I accepted from the brand.

They had a great sale on their website for bank holiday and always have top quality stylish shoes. Ordered on Saturday, arrived by Wednesday with the bank holiday Monday in between.
