“Bought a pair of Nightmare on Elm Street for sons Christmas from Vans website, was really chuffed with them and the price as I got 20% off for 1st time customer except when he came to lacing them one of laces was really frayed. I emailed to see about a replacement pair of laces to match and someone phoned me and was advised to send back for refund and order another pair (minus my 20% off) but by that time his size was out of stock. It’s a shame because due to colours in shoe we can’t find laces that match the shoe so takes away the look of the Vans and make them look cheap. I’d definitely stick to buying in a shop and physically see what I’m getting in future.”
