Ordered item but never came, terrible experience as zero communication. On there website it still showed pending delivery and was only when contacted they mentioned could not be delivered. Zero apologies apart from to say not there fault but the delivery company, surely as a brand you should consider your partners as no one knows it’s not Vans. Will never recommend to anyone
