Like other people have said.
DO NOT BUY FROM VANS DIRECT.
I bought a van from Vans direct and I have had nothing but trouble with it. It was delivered with a scratch and dodgy paint work. Also the alarm kept and is still going off after 6 months. They denied I sent them pictures of the scratches and have been completely useless in helping with the alarm. I believe, this was an issue with the van before it was delivered. They have no clout with the dealers what so ever.
