I initially ordered 2 new vans on Jan 5th 2016, I was told early to mid March for delivery ("great" just in time for new 16 plate) However, as March began, no one at vans direct could confirm a delivery date, even though I was
texted every week saying " your delivery is on track". I was told at one point that one was ready by one member of staff, then two days later by another that they could find no record of it ? After numerous calls to
customer services we finally received our vans on 16th May, 19 weeks after ordering !!
