Terrible experience. I wouldn't use this company ever again - if you're looking for a smooth and timely delivery. This is definitely not the company for you. Despite speaking to the person in charge and being given assurances. They were given 9 days to prepare for an AM delivery on a Monday. The majority of the morning went without any update and it took me calling to get any information. Until I was told it will be 2-3pm at 12:22. Staff were professional throughout, which is the only positive I can share. Fast to take your money. Slow to deliver the van. Lots of outsourcing and blaming the other company - no one really taking responsibility for any errors/fault. Certainly don't care about how they will impact your business financially by delaying such a delivery, not arriving during the time slot stated. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere. If you experience the same contact the Car Finance Ombudsman for advice on your situation. Also do a GDPR request so you can have access to the phone calls and personal data held by the company.
