Where should I start.
I was not advised about the set up fee of £240 for the finance. It was then taken from my bank twice and I had to wait a week for it to be refunded.
I was told the balance was due the day before the van was delivered which again was not true and incorrect information.
The van arrived with No Sat Nav which again I had to wait for it to be delivered. This took nearly 2 weeks.
For all of these problems I have not recieved an apology let alone any compensation.
I have zero confidence in yourselves and I won't be purchasing my next van through your company.
