The van is what I asked for. Although I had agreed the purchase I did not want to take delivery until end of Jan, this seemed to be a concern for Vansdirect as many phone calls were received urging delivery.
I feel that it was not made clear that the deposit would be taken when card details were given and I was not notified that the finance was agreed until I contact Vansdirect.
There was some confusion and maybe this could be made cleared, the percentage quote to me at the time of enquiring was 4.9% but the paperwork shows 7.9%, yet the sum payable was the same? which as a layperson the 4.9% is misleading.
