Payed £500 deposit to start then the vat over 3k
I understood deposit non refundable
Kept putting delivery date back so I cancelled the van and went else where
Had to ring 3 times about my refund where nobody want to talk to you
They payed me £500 out of over 3.5 k back
In the hands of Solicitor’s now
More money more expense
My advice would be to stay well clear of vansdirect
