When I first started ordering from this company they were pretty good with shipping things. After nearly 2 years of service this company had “lost” several of my orders. They said they had shipped but they hadn’t. They offered me the chance to make a claim which I did. However, that company would NOT let me file a claim. and when I brought this to their attention they BLOCKED me from ordering anything. Great products if you can get them. I believe this ROYALTY VAPE has a problem stealing peoples orders. Order at your own risk.
