I've been a long-time customer of Vape Royalty since their California days, but this recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order for three items totaling $67.54, and while they charged my debit card, they never shipped the order. I've reached out via email five times with no response. At this point, they've neither shipped my products nor issued a refund.
This is completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again.
