I started ordering from Vape Royalty back in September of 2024. Up until now, never an issue. I placed my most recent order on 7/24. My card was charged on 7/29. Almost two weeks after ordering, my order is still "processing". I've left multiple voicemails, sent multiple emails, and used their customer service contact form online, and received absolutely no response. Disputing the charge and will never order again.
