I have been ordering hundreds of dollars worth of vapes from this company since 2024 and have had decent experiences with them until now. On Wed 7/16/25, I placed an order for almost $200. It has been "processing" since then. It is now 8/7/25 and I have emailed them 3 times, once by responding to the original order placed email and twice through their website, in the three weeks since I placed the order. There has been no response from them at all. I'll be filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back. There's no reason an order should be taking this long and never any reason other than fraud for a company to refuse to respond to their customers for three weeks. Never trust this company.
