Refuse to accept a return for an induction heater which I used just once. The website proudly announce you can return items but what is the point if you can't try it not even once. when I bough my first 100 pound vape the provider sent me plently of stuff from free, this guys sent nothing after I made a 400 pound order, obviously I will back to the first provider going forward.
