I purchased a CCell M3 battery from Vapefiend which was faulty. I have been using M3s for a long time, always with the same cartridge.
Upon receiving the M3, I was shocked to find it didn't work, at all. I contacted Vapefiend who returned the item, but then contacted me saying they will not refund me as its now 'used' and 'packaging is damaged'
They sold me a faulty product and are unwillingly to help. May this be a warning to others - when an item is faulty good luck trying to get compensated.”

“Refuse to accept a return for an induction heater which I used just once. The website proudly announce you can return items but what is the point if you can't try it not even once. when I bough my first 100 pound vape the provider sent me plently of stuff from free, this guys sent nothing after I made a 400 pound order, obviously I will back to the first provider going forward.”

“Do not trust they write fake reviews when asked to deal with a warranty issue they blame you for problem. Better buying from manufacturer or use other vape shop. Stay clear.”
