Hi, I ordered a new cable, it was meant to be delivered Saturday, post office failed to deliver, rang the customer service line, they were so helpful and rang the post office for us about the lack of service, and the cable turned up 2 hours later. Thank you customer service for the help. I will be using this company again, not just because of this but the prices and the range of items available. Thank you
