I placed an order at 2pm on Monday. I paid £4.95 for express 1-2 day shipping as I needed the package by Friday. The order has continued to simply say "awaiting fulfilment" still now for the last 48 hours.I could deal with this if anyone from the store would reply to me or tell me what this means or how long it normally takes. However no-one replies via email or the online chat. There is no contact number. Nowhere does it explain what "awaiting fulfilment" means. At this point I just want a refund.
