“Goods Not Sent. Very poor customer service. Placed an order and received despatch confirmation email on 05th Nov. It's now 3 weeks later and still not received. Sent many emails and also submitted Contact Us forms using the online form on website (no phone number detailed) - absolutely no response. So then contacted Royal Mail who said the Seller has never handed over the package, they simply printed a label to get a tracking number. Not only is their Customer Service Team none existent, the Seller obviously doesn't check order fulfilment or respond to Customer emails. I even ended up Googling the company to find out if the website was a scam. Very poor. I do not recommend this company. Update 24th Nov: The London address detailed on their website is just an unregistered virtual office and the Vaperstore domain name expires next month - According to my Companies House search Seller is still trading under Tecky Labs Ltd and JM Wholesale Ltd, Leicester. This is public information and you can easily obtain name & address etc. Good luck, if you also have not received any goods and had all contact attempts ignored, just pass these details on to your Bank and open a case as I have now done. Rather than reaching out the Seller has instead now made (unsuccessful) attempts to have my feedback removed for deformation of character. ”

“DO NOT USE THEY ARE CLOSING DOWN AND DONT CARE. I ORDERED AND PAID FOR 9 VAPES … THEY TOOK MY MONEY BUT SENT 9 DIFFERENT FLAVOURED VAPES WHICH I WILL NEVER USE. IVE CONTACTED THEM MULIPLE TIMES BUT HAVE YET TO REPLY. THEY ARS CLOSING DOWN SO DONT TRUST THEM. AM SO ANNOYED”

“I have neither received help from customer service nor an answer to what is wrong with my order since it has not been sent yet and I ordered on 31 Oct. I am very frustrated with their incompetent customer service and I don't know if I will even receive my products, which makes me quite angry as I have lost a lot of money on this order here. And soon I don't know what to do about this anymore. live chat over 5 times, 7 emails and no response.”

“This is the best vape for me ever! Found that its discounted in a lot of places. The variable of the 2 options of coil is fab. I enjoy mouth to lung and thinks spot on for throat hit and decent cloud. Not a speech bubble. Am an adult not a teen. And the rubber stopper on the side of the refillable coil pod is really good seal. I'd suggest, if anyone is making these reading this, that the stopper is inside down? Any leakage that might happen could go downwards and may be stopped if the flap was reversed. Anyway, suits me, glad I've found a replacement as uve had mine for months now!!!”

“WARNUNG WARNUNG!!! Ich rate jedem davon ab bei der Seite zu bestellen. Der Support ist total sch..... Hab vor 2 Monaten bestellt und immer noch keine Ware bekommen und der Support reagiert nicht einmal auf Anfragen mir kommt das vor wie ein Betrüger Laden der einen nur abzocken möchte. Werde wohl einen Anwalt einschalten müssen und schauen ob der was erreichen kann.”
