I have neither received help from customer service nor an answer to what is wrong with my order since it has not been sent yet and I ordered on 31 Oct. I am very frustrated with their incompetent customer service and I don't know if I will even receive my products, which makes me quite angry as I have lost a lot of money on this order here. And soon I don't know what to do about this anymore. live chat over 5 times, 7 emails and no response.
