“I ordered some e liquids and they forgot to put one in and I’ve tried contacting the support team and they just haven’t got back to me. They wanted a picture of what the order came in like the packaging even though I provided my order number and items. I wouldn’t buy of these lot”

“Good products, service etc, but vapeclub offers free next day delivery for orders over £20 so I would order any nicotine products from there instead of this site.”

“Made a purchase and received the wrong order. I offered to buy the incorrect order and then get the correct order in addition. They sell more, I get something whilst I waiting for them to correct their error. But no, they wanted me to pay the postage on the order I already have in my hand or wait for the returns process. In order to not deal with them any more I've decided to keep the incorrect order (will gift to friends) and bring this to and end. shame as I was my first order and intended to order again.”
