“Seems to be a scam. Ordered £35 worth of vapes. Received a tiny packet with 2 vapes in it (£10 value) and my order was marked "complete". £25 worth of product missing! No reply on their chat service. No reply to emails.”

“No response to either of my emails to Customer Service. Order arrived late, despite me paying extra for expedited delivery, and one of the items arrived damaged and unuseable. I would not recommend this company and won't be reordering with them.”

“Horrible experience. First time customer ordering a significant amount of stock, it arrived today and it is all faulty or out of date. 9 vapes, all taste like burnt coils and batteries die after a few puffs. Clearly a faulty batch. But the main issue is that customer service is completely non contactable - live chat routes to a chatbot which then just ignores you and doesnt route to a person, and the phone number which is well obscured on the website but is findable eventually, has 3 IVR options, all of which route to an EE mobile number which is switched off and goes straight to voicemail. No good whatsoever, avoid!”

“Ordered a CBD vape on 1st August, didn't arrive for a week so assumed it was a postage issue. Ordered another one to another address as it was quite an urgent order. Neither have arrived in over 2 weeks. Tried contacting the customer support they told me to get back in touch after 48 hours, I waited 48 hours and emailed again and haven't had a response in over 5 days. I'm completely understanding if they're having issues, as things can be delayed but waiting almost 3 weeks for a vape is ridiculous without any communication to explain why. I'm going to give it another couple of days and if I don't receive any contact I will be processing a charge-back with my bank as unable to get a response from the company directly.”

“I found the items I wanted easily. Also browsing was a positive experience finding other bits to add to my order. Items are reasonably priced and there is a great range of different types of vape,liquids and accessories. Easy to order and free shipping over £25.”
