Ordered a CBD vape on 1st August, didn't arrive for a week so assumed it was a postage issue. Ordered another one to another address as it was quite an urgent order.
Neither have arrived in over 2 weeks. Tried contacting the customer support they told me to get back in touch after 48 hours, I waited 48 hours and emailed again and haven't had a response in over 5 days.
I'm completely understanding if they're having issues, as things can be delayed but waiting almost 3 weeks for a vape is ridiculous without any communication to explain why.
I'm going to give it another couple of days and if I don't receive any contact I will be processing a charge-back with my bank as unable to get a response from the company directly.
