Horrible experience. First time customer ordering a significant amount of stock, it arrived today and it is all faulty or out of date. 9 vapes, all taste like burnt coils and batteries die after a few puffs. Clearly a faulty batch. But the main issue is that customer service is completely non contactable - live chat routes to a chatbot which then just ignores you and doesnt route to a person, and the phone number which is well obscured on the website but is findable eventually, has 3 IVR options, all of which route to an EE mobile number which is switched off and goes straight to voicemail. No good whatsoever, avoid!
