Made a purchase and received the wrong order. I offered to buy the incorrect order and then get the correct order in addition. They sell more, I get something whilst I waiting for them to correct their error. But no, they wanted me to pay the postage on the order I already have in my hand or wait for the returns process.
In order to not deal with them any more I've decided to keep the incorrect order (will gift to friends) and bring this to and end.
shame as I was my first order and intended to order again.
