On May 1, 2025 I placed a $208.86 that I have not yet received. I contacted the company at least 10 times by email and received back 2 responses. It’s EXTREMELY frustrating that I am not able to call and speak to anyone. (There is no number to call. Only email!!)
I simply asked for a store credit, (not even my money back), and it seems like nobody understands what that means. To be fair….. I placed 2 orders through Vapesourcing and one of the orders was delivered flawlessly. So it’s either excellent service or horrible. Nothing in between. Good luck!!
