Bought a geek vape, failed within 7 days, shop assistant verified. Was told they don't exchange without packaging. Went back and got the box out bin. Returned to be told I won't be served because he didn't like "how I was" asked him did I raise my voice have i sworn? No, It's because I said he needed training on consumer rights. He said "it's a private company, we don't need to follow consumer rights" wouldnt give me a complaints procedure he had the faulty goods and iv no refund. I have photo and recorded convo. Its outright theft. Email doesnt work on website. If your gonna open a shop on high street train your staff correctly. Legally all companies need to show a complaints procedure. Reported to trading standards
