Unfortunately the the vape developed a vault, I contacted the customer service department who sent me a Royal mail free post QR code to return the faulty vape. Within days they contact me to say it was faulty and a replacement was on its way.... 2 days later a new one was delivered. Its so nice to deal with a company that customers satisfaction is so high on their priority. I will be using these guys again without a doubt. Well done!
