Such excellent 1st Class customer service is very rare these days. After a fault my email was answered, I was given a link to a free returns label. I received the replacement very quickly. You can't ask for more than that. Sometimes stuff is faulty, that can't be helped but great customer service makes it no problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Vape UK to anyone. Keep up the good work :)
