Partner has nearly given up smoking after having smoked heavily for 47years so yes brilliant cant recommend highly enough. My stepdaughters now converted to buying these after our recommendation and she has now not smoked for over 2weeks. The cream tabacco and mint flavour are horrid though also the lemon one
