I found the website easy to navigate and the products I purchased were shipped quickly and very well packaged. I have only tried 1 of the juices so far, but enjoying it (pink lemonade), the others I prefer to let steep for a couple of weeks (this is not due to the shop, just my personal preference).
The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is that one set of the coils that I brought are burning out very quickly, but they are new to the market coils and had heard there may be a few not great batches around.
