The most recent order I placed had an incorrect liquid inside. However, I called up and a new order was placed straight away with the correct eliquid, free of charge. The service provided at VapeUK has always been really good and it is clear all staff works towards customer satisfaction, so I definitely recommend this store! The only downside I would say is once you become familiar with eliquid brands/ types etc, VapeUK can actually be quite expensive, and often the same products are sold elsewhere at lower prices, which has led me to shop elsewhere for some products. Other than that the service is really great, so even though it may be slightly dearer in price, the service is well worth it!
