Sent the wrong colour - ordered chrome and black and got gold and black, very disappointed as this was an expensive birthday present and the person insisted beforehand they only wanted black and/or silver colours.
Edit: Had brilliant customer service in response to this review, very keen to help resolve the issue for us. Very happy overall. Thanks for the help!
