Order placed - no sign of it and no care to resolve. Called to enquire - advised to wait - called again - advised to keep waiting.
Yes it wasn’t a big order but my intention was if the service was good then I would use you as my main supplier.
£22 down the drain, can’t be asked to chase or wait for your failed promises. Shame really
