Quality products and good customer service. The only reason I've not given a 'Very Good' is that I would really like to be able to buy their own brand liquid in bigger bottles, rather than the standard 10ml ones. Apart from the extra plastic etc. and associated environmental issues/waste, in using smaller bottles, it would be simply more convenient.
Other than that, all good.
