Shipping arrived over 100 hours late, despite paying for a tracked express delivery. Courier choice needs to be updated to a more reliable one. However, the contents were in good condition and not damaged, and the price was reasonable. Scale and selection of goods on offer was impressive. Will use again as to ensure this shipping problem was a one off, but if shipping continues to be an issue, I will be changing to a different online retailer. I am aware that VapeUK has no control over delivery after dispatch, but changing courier (or offering different options) would remedy this for me.
