Ordered a vape kit, was damaged. Contacted them, and they got back to me very quickly via email. I wasn't expecting a quick reply due to the current pandemic, but they were very quick to assist me. I have ordered another which works perfect, and sent the damaged one back for a refund. (they would of replaced it but I ordered a new one immediately as I needed a working vape ASAP) Couldn't fault them, will be using this company for all my vape needs in the future.
