Update to my recent review on VapeUK regarding my purchase being not updated at checkout, upon reading my review VapeUK contacted me and realised that the checkout discount had not worked as it should immediately refunded the expected saving. I was extremely impressed that they read the review and once an issue is highlighted immediately addressed it, I mean let's be honest that's great customer care right there, so hats off to you VapeUK. Wasn't expecting such great service so as such revised my review to 5 stars and well deserved. Not many companies will go that extra mile in such a short time. Will definitely use again.
