Honest REVIEW. I was actually looking forward to getting the email to review Vape UK, i was blown away by such a good service, the setup of the website is a bit overwhelming for someone who doesnt know much about vaping but they've got loads of info and it really helped making the best choice for what i needed, not only have they got top products but next day delivery as well, also, had a question and emailed the help team, got a response in 15 minutes and resolved my enquiry. Cannot fault them at anything tbh and i will be sticking with VAPE UK! Pros: - incredible selection of products for all needs. - one of the best customer service experiences I've personally ever had. - loads of information on their products. - very easy to put an order in. - Next day Delivery - loads more. Cons: - at first it can be a bit overwhelming for new comers but like i said you can get arround with a bit of help. - still have a problem creating an account, i keep getting an error while trying to confirm email so its a bit annoying. For VAPE UK: I feel like when ordering a vape they should have the battery included by default and the ability to remove if you want, i never had a vape with removable battery before and if not for reading the reviews i would have ordered one without and be very dissapointed 10/10 will be putting my 3rd order in soon! Loving it!!
