I had a problem with my vape, it would not charge despite all my efforts. I contacted Cape UK early in the morning. By 10:00 I received a responce to my problem, I was offered a replacement vape but, thanks to advice that I was given the vape began to work correctly. I am very pleased with the after sales responce that I received and fully recommend them.
