Hey truth be told I made an order on a Monday shipping didnt start till Thursday I received my product over 8 days later plus the cost of shipping was shocking expensive feedback from them was great to be fair and products eventually turned up, packaging was excellent and everything in tact, other than those two points.. I would use again but just expect long waiting times.... And hefty postage #starman official
