Great customer service. Although I have found cheaper products elsewhere, you definitely also pay for the service here. The issue I had with my last order was resolved within 12 hours of me sending an email - the fact that someone was sent to collect the faulty product and provide me with a replacement was very unexpected, but excellent service, can't be faulted!
