I placed my first order with Vape UK a few days ago, but DPD messed up the delivery at their depot. I contacted Vape when I saw from the tracker what had happened. Michael got in touch with me in double quick time, and arranged delivery of a substitute order, got it delivered that day and refunded the delivery charge. First class customer service. Being a new customer, I’ve still to find the flavour I’ll be using, but there’s a huge choice, so I’ve little doubt I’ll stick with Vape UK.
