I ordered 3 vape juices in a pick n mix set, I was sent the wrong flavour in one of the juices but was desperate to try the flavour I emailed late at night and got a reply first thing the next morning. They sent me the correct juice the next day! Excellent customer service and very happy with how the mistake was dealt with!
